Hey Vikky! 💕 I’m so sorry to hear you had trouble with our glue! As someone who has tried a lot of makeup products, I know the feeling of itchy/irritated eyes and it’s no fun. In fact, it sucks! It’s not typically an issue for most of our customers when they’re applied properly and we do our best to help you all avoid this by offering application video tutorials to avoid applying to the lids or improperly which can sometimes cause irritation. If they were applied properly, there is a chance you have an allergy to something in the glue as a small percentage of the population is allergic to a key ingredient in all major lash glues. Regardless, we apologize that you had to deal with that. On a positive note, we have developed a new lash glue which will be the first hypoallergenic lash extension glue! We would be happy to send you an additional kit to try the hypoallergenic glue ($54 value) at no additional cost to you! Please let us know if this interests you. Our lash glue has all the same FDA improved ingredients you’ll find in any semi-permanent lash glue but a very small amount of people can have an allergy to one of the ingredients.
