10-4 Truck PartsReviews of 10-4truckparts.com

My packages got lost and this company resent everything to me in a timely manner. Thanks

Never received our package

I like that they had the part I needed. I didn't like the inability to communicate by phone or text with them and lack of response to messages. And the lack of tracking information.

Waited 6days and it didn't ship out, called and was hung up on, then when someone did stay on the phone couldn't understand them.

Sent a part without all the parts

Part was just as pictured however it took a extra day to ship. Also when I called to check on the order they spoke very little English.

It’s been past the time period they said it would take to ship and the website has no info as to where it is

What I ordered came in reasonable time, price was good and parts were as advertised
