I have also used the ACH option in the past which works well, but honestly the Old Glory Pay app is the easiest and fastest method. Their support group is also amazing, Stoic0x and team are very helpful in answering any questions and resolving issues quickly. I know first hand that you're not going to get this kind of support from other crypto exchanges.
