Great customer service!

I like the service, the app (lbpro) certainly could use a few enhancements. I get the sensitive nature of the service and I understand that the service servers get changed, but it would be nice if the login saved your favorite channels. It's happened several times since I've signed up and it's really unpleasant to have to re-save them every time. I realize this is an minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things, but it certainly seems like this would be a good enhancement. You wanted honesty!

Easy to set up and get going. Quality is great

+ Customer service + Response time (usually pretty quick) + Trustworthy

So the serve is good and I haven't had many problems. My only issue has been when i have had issues, customer service has been slow to respond, sometimes even a day or two. More the exception than the rule for sure to even need it, but it has been an issue
