Not even one star. Bought an expensive expandable hose. Within a week, having used it twice, it had several leaks. The Sales Manager, Mateo, said I must have left it in the sun. Absolute rubbish. The warranty is worthless. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Wij zijn een marketingbureau gevestigd in Houston. Wij zijn een servicegericht bedrijf, geen productgericht bedrijf. U hebt waarschijnlijk bij een ander bedrijf besteld.

1-Star Review: Misleading Return Policy and Poor Customer Support I purchased a product from Zynova’s Australian website (zynova-au.com), which clearly stated they offer “returns or exchanges on defective or broken items within 30 days of the purchase date.” However, when I reported a faulty item within that 30-day period, I was told the return policy was only 14 days, directly contradicting their own advertised terms. Despite providing documentation that I contacted them within the correct timeframe, their representative, Elaine, refused to honour the return or issue a refund. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, repeatedly ignoring follow-ups and failing to provide any resolution. This experience has been extremely frustrating and feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid accountability. I’ve since submitted a complaint to the ACCC regarding their misleading return policy and lack of consumer support. I strongly advise against purchasing from Zynova until they align their practices with Australian Consumer Law and offer reliable customer service.

Hi Kyall Milton! We are American Based Digital Marketing Agency. We don't sell products, only Digital marketing services and we have no record of you. We are really sorry for your experience with the Australian firm but that is not us.
