Lost ALL my data
Service was ok until they had a fire in their datacenter last week and lost ALL of my keywords and ALL of the SERP history. Accidents happen but if you don't have a proper backup strategy, then eventually something will go wrong. I've gone back to using a competing service. Sorry it didn't work out, hopefully you will learn from this and move on.

Hi Dear Michael Wetton, Unfortunately, due to a fire in our data center, the data of only 17 of our 10,000+ customers could not be recovered due to a technical failure. As you can appreciate, data loss is a fact of this industry and can happen to any large company. We apologize for this, and your payment was also refunded. Instead of showing understanding, we are sorry that you gave 1 rating. I hope we can work again in the future. As an apology, we can provide our highest package for you for three months completely free of charge. Thank you!
