Great rank tracker, but getting ahold of customer support is a nightmare. We have a billing issue, and I've sent multiple chat and helpdesk tickets and no response for 4 or 5 days. Where are you guys? If you're not going to respond its time to look for another rank tracking platform! Don't leave your customers hanging like that.

Hello Phill, Sorry for being late. This is a startup company with a few people on board for support. We are currently building a new Zutrix version and hiring new people to the team. I'm very sorry for that. Our response time currently may vary between 1-5 days. The tool is fully functional and we are 24/7 monitoring all the features but replies may delay. We beg your understanding on this. Thanks a lot. Regards,
