Overall, I had a good experience with this company.

Warning: I wish I had read the reviews of Zorket before ordering a couple of hats on 9/17 (using PayPal), for which I received confirmation of the order that day. So far, so good. Weeks later I realized I had not heard anything from the company, or received my order. I contacted them on 10/20 and they responded that day that they would check with the shipping company and get back to me in 1-2 business days. 5 business days later I contacted then again and received the following message: ZORKET Support From: To: Fri, Oct 27 at 9:34 PM Hello, Thank you very much for your purchase and your patience. We received a response from the shipping company. Unfortunately, your order has been lost in transit. Please don't worry. We have already sent a new order to you. Your order will arrive soon. Please wait. We are sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding. Kind Regards, Zorket Support 5 days after that response, I emailed them again and told them I would report the company to the BBB and write a negative review if I didn't receive my order within a few days. This was the response 1 day later: ZORKET Support From: To: Fri, Nov 3 at 7:40 PM Hello, Thank you very much for your purchase and patience. We apologise for the delay with your order. Unfortunately, the item you ordered is out of stock in our US warehouse, so we had to ship your order from our China warehouse. The preparation and delivery time from China is not that fast. We are sorry about this. Your order will definitely arrive, but we cannot tell you when. We hope that you will edit or remove your negative feedback after receiving your order. Sorry again. Kind Regards, Zorket Support This company is either a scam (as other reviewers have suggested) or is just providing horrible and misleading customer service. I would not order anything from this company, given my experience. 11/27/2023 Postscript; I finally received the hats, 2 months after I placed the order. The hats are 100% polyester, look nice but are a bit large (did not shrink after washing) ,even with the adjustable band. While I appreciate the company's eventual fulfilling the order, it would have been much better if they had been proactive in communicating the delivery issues instead of belatedly responding to my inquiries about the status of the order. The company would do well to improve its customer service.

DO NOT buy anything from zorket. It’s scam. They will take your money and not reply to the email. Their phone numbers aren’t even accessible.

I liked the customer service and the product was good and just like the image and description.

This is a scam site. I bought some pants and they sent me a small Christmas hat, finger size. Don't buy here.

This is actually a negative 1 Star. They ripped me off and won't send my item. Have never responded to emails requesting information. Do not order from here, it's a scam site. I also have a feeling their package delivery app is malware. I tried to use it and it was so sketchy, I prayed my info was not being dubbed. Stay away from Zorket!! :(

Zorket is an excellent company focused on customer satisfaction. If you are looking for an online retailer with great selection, good prices, and stands behind their products, look no farther. I love this company.

Ordered a dark blue jeans jacket from them in size Medium, but when I received it the “size-label” was cut of and it was really too small. And the color where light blue! When I emailed them about it I got a rude answer that they didn’t believe me and that they put my email address on a ban list... So disappointed since I really looked forward to getting that jacket!! BEWARE!!! Don’t buy from Zorket!!!
