Stefan Bako very acknowledgeable and professional technician, way to go Stefan!

Zopto is an amazing platform with diverse functions-very efficient for any type of single channel or multi-channel outreach. What makes it especially great is the people behind it especially Stefan Bako who has always been super helpful! He goes out of his way to help each time. Despite his busy schedules, he will always make time to make sure his clients are assisted to the best of his abilities.

I love working with Zopto because the interface is super easy to use and has made my outreach way easier. What has truly elevated my process though with the company is having the ability to meet with my dedicated CSM Stefan. Stefan takes time every week to review my outreach and recommend new and innovative ways to improve my outreach. Obviously sending out good outreach is no easy task, but Stefan makes it really easy to learn and improve, so that I can see steady improvements every week. If anyone ever signs up for Zopto, I’d highly recommend requesting Stefan as a CSM, because he goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and excited to use Zopto for years to come. I will continue to utilize Zopto’s service and I will surely continue working with Stefan!
