ZoptoReviews of zopto.com

My overall experience I would say is absolutely amazing. From the customer service, to the simplicity of the tool, as well as how easy it is to set up everything the way you want it. That’s why I think Zopto as a company excels because I’ve never seen anyone else do this better than them.

We are using Zopto since about 18month and not only are very pleased with the user friendliness the platform offers but also the results of our Linkedin marketing. One specific note on the customer service, the guys are unbelievable supportive, no matter what kind of question asked. Using Zopto you are never alone, the is always a helping hand available. Well done guys, thanks Karl

Great lead generator and very supportive staff. For a relatively low fee you are able to get hundreds of leads converted much faster than traditional means. Also the staff we work with have been amazing.

Richard is the best customer success lead and had me hitting the ground running of day 1 using the product. This solution helps me target all the key players in my accounts and get the word out on our product value. I recommend this product to any sales reps who are looking for account penetration.

Hands down Zopto is the best Platform I have used for Connecting to the right decision makers with in a company utilising LinkedIn. The experience is like a breath of fresh air, right from the first interactions with the Corporate team and sales team and then the support has been second to none. My "CSM" Client Success Manager, Edgar is continually there to help from the first overview to helping me set up multiple campaigns and just any support questions i may have. Great to know this support is around when you are first using a platform until you master it yourself. The Platform layout is one of the best back offices, easy to follow and simple to use sections, I have ever used in any platform or website. Backed up by the easy to follow tutorials on anything you need to know. The preformatted messages are amazing but they also have AI message and campaign content which is simply amazing. This platform is light years ahead of the rest and I am already recommending it. Get it, what ever you do or your competition will out perform you with it. Gavin CEO

We've had a great experience with Zopto so far, and Richard, our dedicated customer support person, has been very responsive and very helpful. It's very easy to use, and works quite smoothly. Of course, as with any 3rd party outreach platform, you get the occasional bugs, but overall have been happy with it. The success of the campaigns depends a lot on how you formulate the messaging, and less on the actual system/platform. Zopto purely provides a system but can't guarantee sales or leads as that all comes down to the messaging you implement in your outreach strategy.

Great Tool, easy to use. I checked different tools before choosing Zopto and it was by far better. The customer success team is like no other, they respond instantly, suggest a quick meeting to provide guidance and send support materials.

Zopto was the reason our company grew so much! We started using Zopto in order to prospect new leads to our company, and it has worked AMAZINGLY! The guys from the support team made sure we were onboarded correctly and helped our team set the campaigns and start running it in no time. Weeks after, we had more and more leads and started growing. Thank you so much guys! Could not recommed it enough!
