GETZOOT.US STOLE $20 MEASLY DOLLARS FROM ME AND REFUSED TO CREDIT IT TO MY ACCOUNT. Spent 7 straight days trying to get them to simply do the right thing, the legal thing and credit my account for what I already paid for or give me a refund. I did not get a single response from them and still haven't. Started asking for help on Discord and the Mods mocked me, deleted my messages and yesterday went full on evil scam mode and suspended me from the zoot discord so I can no longer ask about my stolen money or air my grievances. Does that sound like a casino you want to risk your money at? Worst part is I am not unique they have so many any customers right now owed money for a range of reasons from simple incompetence to outright theft of deposited funds like my case. I am predicting a rug pool in their very recent future. DO NOT PLAY HERE. P.s I have all the receipts for every single claim I made and would gladly show them to anyone who wants to see them.

I was selected to receive in-game credits via a twitter giveaway (@WWEagee) that was posted on their official x account. I did not see that I had won until a couple of days later but since then I have provided my in-game ID and have never been credited. I have reached out on twitter and Discord but have been totally ghosted on the matter. Other companies, MC Luck for instance, always fulfill their twitter giveaway credits. Late or not. I feel like this is unprofessional on their end and should not tag winners unless they are prepared to hold up their promise. Bad taste in my mouth so I won’t play here if this is the case.

Place is awful. Thankfully very few play here. I'm not foolish enough to complain about low rtp on their slots/live games. I know they'll kick people for winning. I know their "zoot exclusive" games are terrible. There are like 100 sites, close to half being reputable, so play here all you want, but I wouldn't recommend it.

I played about 100sc and did not get a single bonus. I have NEVER had that happen. There are plenty of sweeps sites that are fun to play on so don't bother with this one.
