Bunch of Characters shame on this company!!!

In all fairness, a follow up to the review about the wrong order. After many phone calls both to Zooscape and to Walmart, and NEVER GETTING AN EMAIL OR CALL BACK FROM ZOOSCAPE, on my doorstep about a week ago was a box from Zooscape with a complimentary jar of the product I never received. Walmart did finally refund my money. Thanks for the complimentary jar of product, but you never returned any of my communication. I did go online to try to order the product again directly from Zooscape, I got a message that the site was not secure. Common sense told me not to place an order with Zooscape and I never again want to deal with Walmart. Score 0 for both.

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered an item from them through Walmart.com. The tracking status remained the same for 3 weeks, "label created but package not received by usps". I contacted Walmart. They wrote to Zooscape copying me. No response. I chatted with Walmart customer service tonight and received a refund. I went to Zooscape.com, (listed here) and it appears they're website is down. It appears they are out of business.

I ordered 6 bottles of papaya leaf extract on 12/30/20 have not received nor can I get a response from them. Starting to think they've closed shop.

I ordered Tapioca from them a week ago through Amazon. My order arrived today as promised. Reading through the reviews I have noticed that ordering through Walmart might not be the best way to go. Try ordering through Amazon.

Just a damn scammmm taking people money I'm furious angry I've ordered 4 items checked on my delivery in email and says its DELIVERED but where's my stuff I reached out to company still no response Like give me my money back or give me the items I paid for really

Would give zero stars if that were possible. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.Ordered smoothie mixes through Walmart. Two arrived; one didn't. Contacted Walmart via email twice; Walmart forwarded my emails to Zooscape, contacted Zooscape LLC by email twice, Zooscape LLC via phone twice. Note one single response to six attempts. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them.

Ordered through WalMart: 2 ordered of 2-pack semolina flour. Only received 3 packages. How does 2 x 2 pk. = 3 ???? Tried to resolve through a few contacts with WalMart, but no luck. Been waiting three weeks. Avoid this seller!!
