Zoom Electric Scooters & MopedsReviews of zoomescooters.com

It took almost 8 weeks for my two scooters to arrive but it was well worth the wait. They traveled from one end of the country to the other. In my opinion, Zoom scooters are small electric motorcycles, not at all like electric bicycles. They perform as advertised, plenty fast and very safe. We live in a town well suited for this additional mode of transportation. They are not a replacement for a car which we have not used in 3 days. We are in our 60's and having more fun than ever. Saving on gas, yes and I bet they will be extremely reliable and economical to drive.

Purchased in spring 2019 and now going on 4,000 Km's. Still looks and rides like new! So far I've only replaced 3 of the 6 batteries. 1 last year, and 2 this spring. No other issues at all. Speed still hits 40 KPH. For the price, and features, you still won't find a better electric scooter available for sale in the US.

It took a little longer than promised, about 2 weeks late, but the sales manager Ken responded to my texts and actually personally delivered my scooter to my home He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the scooter and hung around for a half hour while I test drove it. That is top notch customer service! Thanks, Ken!! Now wherever I drive my scooter everyone says the same thing, “I want one!”

I've had my Zoom scooter for several months now and I really enjoy it. For the amount of power, range, battery capacity and other specs, this scooter had the most affordable price. The delivery time was a bit longer than usual but it was shorter or comparable to other products I looked at. I remember at that time other products I was looking at were out of stock or would take several months to deliver, because of the pandemic and port/logistics issues. So it was understandable. On average, I get a range of about 50 miles, I usually ride pretty flat streets. It's comfortable with nice shock absorption and it's alot of fun to ride, the torque is instant. I've read that if you need a part or have some issues that need to be fixed, it may take some some time to wait for the parts or you may need to be able to find a mechanic that knows how to fix it, but i haven't had any issues with mine yet. I recommend this electric scooter if you want a good value compared to other similar scooters and can understand that maybe you may have to deal with some hiccups like longer delivery time for parts or something compared to other more expensive scooters.

I really like my Zoom electric scooter. It is fun and comfortable to ride. The range is good I get about 50 miles per full charge.

I’ve had a great experience with the Zoom electric scooter. It has a good amount of power and a range of around 50 miles. It’s comfortable to ride and has cool features like the remote key alarm that prevents the scooter from being pushed when armed. I definitely recommend this electric scooter, it is a good value.

I love my Zoom scooter! After researching numerous electric scooters, I found Zoom to be the best value compared to other scooters with similar power and specifications. After I ordered it, it arrived in about 2.5 weeks and came in a sturdy metal crate. It's made my rides around the city alot more fun and parking more convenient. I like the cool minimal look and the ride is smooth and comfortable. It also has convenient features like a trunk for my purse, a USB charging port to charge my phone, and a cupholder.

I had other gas scooters before but decided to go electric finally. Found Zoom on my Google search initially for scooters. I needed to call them to make sure they were legit. Ken was very nice in explaining their product features. Then I Ordered mine the same day on their website and received a free Bluetooth speaker as part of the deal. Delivery took around 3 weeks to get to my door. Unpacked it easily. Truck driver was kind enough to move the crate to my garage. Scooter arrived in perfect condition but did not get the cover as part of the promotion. But I received it afterwards. The scooter performs nicely around town and gets up to 33 mph. On average it gets 50 Miles per full charge depending on how hard I press the throttle. It is built with high quality parts and should last a long time. The led dashboard shows the power level and battery gauge. The battery bars are kind of vague but the voltage indicator is quite accurate so I go with the voltage number to plan my route. Overall, it is a decent purchase.
