Excellent and professional service and support.

We took on ZonSupport in 2018 so we could take some time out for holidays with the kids which is real important to us. As our business has grown, they just keep pace. We've had some dips along the way and really appreciate how they simply scaled back down behind us. No tricky contracts or having to take on and then lay off VA's which is always so stressful! We have one point of contact who looks after the team managing our account 365 days a year. If we have any questions about anything, they know all the answers. Highly recommend them!
