Hi Daniela, Thank you for sharing this. We're so glad to hear that both setting it up and putting it away felt easy. We made sure both the 2.5" and 4" options come with a storage bag. When it's put away, it doesn't take up much room—it gives your space a little more breathing room, and that makes home feel more open and comfortable. Knowing it's genuinely useful and easy to live with in your home really means a lot to us. That kind of easy, flexible comfort is exactly what we hope to bring into a home. And it's what we've always wanted to do: not just a mattress, but a simpler, calmer way to rest at home. Comfort doesn't have to be complicated. Best, Zonli Home Team

Hi Peri, Thank you so much for your wonderful, honest review! We’re thrilled your futon and tatami mats arrived sooner than you anticipated‑that always makes for such a pleasant surprise. We do apologize that your matching futon cover took a couple extra days to arrive separately, and we appreciate your patience while it made its way to you. It is completely normal to need a little time adjusting after switching over from a very soft bed to your new firmer futon. We are happy to hear you are pleased with your purchase so far, and hope it continues to grow more comfortable as you settle in. If you ever have any questions or need further assistance along the way, our team is always here to help. Wishing you many cozy, rest‑filled nights ahead! Warm regards, The Zonli Team
