Dear Customer， Thank you so much for this wonderful review — we truly appreciate you taking the time to share both your experience with our products and your customer service journey with us. Feedback like this means the world, because it tells us we’re getting the important things right. First off, we’re thrilled to hear you’re happy with your mattress! That’s always our number one goal — creating a product you love sleeping on, night after night. We put so much care into every detail of the design, and knowing it’s living up to expectations makes all the work worth it. We also really appreciate you being honest about the tatami mats sliding on your wood floor. That’s exactly the kind of real-world feedback we value most — it helps us understand how our products perform in different homes and on different flooring types, and we’ll absolutely be keeping this in mind as we continue to refine and improve. Most of all, we’re glad our customer service team was able to find a solution that worked for you. At the end of the day, we don’t want returns to be a hassle for anyone. The last thing we want is for you to spend time repacking, hauling, and shipping something back when there’s a simpler, better path forward. Your satisfaction is genuinely what drives everything we do, from the products we design to the way we show up when you reach out. We don’t just want to sell you a mattress — we want you to feel taken care of, every step of the way. Thank you again for your kind words and for being part of the Zonli family. If there’s ever anything we can help with down the line — whether it’s care tips, product questions, or anything else — please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always here. Warmly, The Zonli Team
