Zonic MediaReviews of zonicllc.com

I had a great experience with Zonic Media. I needed to get my google suspension removed and they helped get that done in a timely manner!

I moved, and when I updated my address on my Google Business Profile, it was suspended, and my appeal was wrongfully denied. After searching, Zonic Media and a few other companies came up as options that could help me get my profile reinstated. I felt the most comfortable calling Zonic Media. I was very skeptical, but Zonic Media was able to get my profile reinstated very quickly. Sam has been very responsive and easy to work with. They are well worth the money for their services.

Can’t express how much this Company really takes care of their customers. Sam and Josef went well above expectations to help build us a new website and get us to the verification process with Google. I tried to do this on my own after the video process failed. I spent a year and a half on my own with Google to no avail. After building us a new website Zonic had us ready to do a live call with Google within a week. I recommend Zonic to anyone starting a new Company to a well established Company wanting to grow their customer base. Go with Zonic!!!

I can't say enough good things about Zonic Media, especially Sam. I panicked when my Google Business Profile was suspended. As we all know, gmb, is an integral piece of any business advertising online. It felt like everything I'd worked so hard to build had disappeared overnight. (including 22 5 star google reviews) I was literally in tears since I noticed that new clients were no longer calling and know other small businesses that had to close their doors after GMB suspended them. From the very first phone call, Sam treated me with so much kindess, compassion and respect. He answered my calls, explained everything in a way I could understand and calmed me down with his steady confidence. He kept reassuring me when I was panicking, and it honestly felt like someone was holding my hand through the entire process. And, my GMB was reinstated!!!! Thank you, Sam You turned one of the most stressful life experiences as a business owner into one with a happy ending. Don't hesitate to call Sam. He's got your back. I promise you!!!!

I talked with Sam at Zonic Media after out of the blue my flawless 5 star reputation as a contractor in Chicago was gone immediately because my Google Business Page was suspended for a violation that I was not aware of. But Sam the VP really put my nerves at rest with his knowledge and his approach in getting back my account. He is extremely detail oriented and is really helping me out. I would go with Zonic Media for sure. Plus they can protect any other platform account as well, just in case.
