I have only been eating the food for two days, but great so far. I wish each meal and snack would list nutritional values (fat, calories, etc.). That's my only suggestion.

I have been "zoning" for 2 weeks now and have to say that the food has been delicious. I was really hesitant to start but I am so glad I did. We did this not only to lose weight but just because we had no time to cook for ourselves. The fact that I'm down 7.5 pounds in 2 weeks is a definite bonus! I haven't felt the need to "cheat" as I am satisfied with daily menus which always include a dessert at dinner! If it wasn't cost prohibitive I would do this every day of the year!

I've been a customer of Zone Healthy for years now. It provides me a healthy way of eating to lose weight and the convenience of great food prepared for me at my door every morning. I'm a single man who enjoys good food and who doesn't like to cook for himself. When I first joined the program I lost 30 pounds in 3 months eating the meals and snacks that were delivered. After the first couple of weeks I noticed a difference in the way clothes fit. Then the weight started to melt off as I stuck with the portions and exercised daily. Yummy food at every meal.
