zogomom.comReviews of zogomom.com

The offer of a great book at terrific price with no shipping charge was almost too good to be true. I should have remembered that if it sounds too good, it probably isn't. Well, Zogomom's wording was carefully sort of true, but misleading. The book sent was a link for a download of an electronic version not a printed one. Contacted about the misrepresentation, there was no remorse or apology, just an "all sales are final" stock reply. If you know this and want their item, that's your choice. But be aware and beware otherwise.

Selling e books but not listing them as anything but print book. TOTAL RIPOFF

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, ORDER ANYTHING FROM RIP OFF MOM, ORDERED A BOOK WITH FREE SHIPPING AND RECEIVED A PDF TWO WEEKS LATER. NO WHERE WAS IT SAID I ORDERED A PDF.. DECEPTIVE PEOPLE RUN THIS CORRUPT COMPANY. IT'S FUNNY HOW KARMA CATCHES UP TO THESE TYPE OF PEOPLE, THEY MAY BE LAUGHING NOW BUT THEY'LL KNOW WHEN KARMA GETS THEM...

They deserve no stars but I couldn't proceed with a review until I selected at least one. My complaint is the same as below...false advertising. The book I wanted was shown on their website as hard copy but I received a PDF download. I immediately sent an email complaint to Zogomom.com that I had not ordered a downloaded book but a hard cover and requested a refund. I received a reply and was told that there was a no refund policy. My response to them was that the item I ordered had been falsely advertised and I wanted a refund. I subsequently received an email requesting order details, etc. and was told that a refund would be issued. That didn't happen. I contacted PayPal and was informed that the vendor would have to issue a refund. And if that wasn't done, I could open a dispute with PayPal. Do NOT...REPEAT do NOT order anything from Zogomom.com. It is a SCAM!!!

same as everyone else. Ordered a book got a pdf. Going to Paypal for a refund. Wish me luck

Scam website. Contact FBI @ IC3 To file a complaint. What is happening is illegal.

This website is a scam. They advertise physical copy books but then email a PDF version.. very unprofessional! I purchased a hardcover of a book and gave my delivery details but received a PDF that isn't an ebook or Kindle compatible version as it won't open on any devises. I would give it zero stars for the false advertising and blindsiding customers.

I sent this book to a friend for a birthday gift. She never received it and my money is GONE. So sad that people do this to their fellow humans.
