Paid off my loan through this company before my payment date and they still charged and overdrafted my debit account even though the company provided me a receipt paid in full. Specifically asked them to make sure my debit card was not charged yet they allowed it to happen anyways. I asked multiple times to speak with a supervisor and was told one was not available. I was told two different things by two different people and was told that they would not be able to get back to me until the following week which caused my account to accrue multiple overdraft charges as I was unable to make it to bank in time to fix the issue due to my work hours. When my furniture was delivered they did not even make an attempt to get furniture into the house and was left with my brand new furniture sitting outside my house. Terrible customer service from the first two people I spoke with. Will NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! Would not even help me find a solution.

Terrible place. They took a payment early and when I asked for a refund I was told by the customer service rep she would have to talk to her supervisor and call back. She never called back. My online account shows every payment was paid late. I’ve never missed a payment and I’m on the payment schedule THEY SET UP! When I ask why it shows that all I get is, “I’m not familiar with our website.”

Still can’t get into the website

I was initially declined, then the sales associate called and I was sent an approval confirmation. While the sales associate was completing the paperwork for the sale, I was contacted by a representative of Zo to send in more information in order to receive my approval but I already had my approval and code to proceed. The sales associate was confused so she reached back out to Zo and was told to stop processing the sale until I sent in more information for a approval. I live 100 miles away from the store so I can't just run and grab paperwork to send in. It was a waste of my time and would not recommend but that is my experience.

Took money out without permission

This has to be the worst lending company I have financed with. At first is no problem, then after a family member passed I started having trouble paying for my bill. They called me to see what was going on, I told them my situation and they were very helpful and told me I could skip a payment due to hardship. At first I was grateful, until they started to call me almost everyday to pay my bill. And I explained to them I spoke with someone already but they didn’t look at the notes. So I had to explain again what happened. They kept doing this for how many weeks to the point I blocked them on my phone, then another number started calling. I had made multiple payments to get out of that headache, just to find out that I got another late payment from 2 months ago from the first time I could make my payment due to the hardship. I made a double payment last week and it should have covered it, but no it showed up 2 months later. At this point I want to pay my account in full and I can’t because they have to send it to a supervisor to get the amount because of my late $12.34 that showed up from 2 months ago. Then my account disappears online! I would not recommend this place! Progressive leasing is the way to go, had that last year but decided to go with this company instead. Worst mistake I did!

I called several times and they keep giving me run around. I asked to understand why do I still owe money when i went ot the option to pay it off and I did but now I still owe money. I feel like I am getting ripped off by a lot .

You never reported anything to the credit bureau! I paid it off in three months to help my credit and it did nothing! So what was the point?
