Garbage communication, Bailees needs to go back to their last financers, they were much better! Seem ignorant over the phone, somehow had my email address wrong, lady verified my info but then couldnt find me. Wasn't taking payments them tried to take 3 in 2 days amd somehow we've missed others but never notified.

shirley the manager is horrible. the company system is poor they charge you 400 everyday if you don’t pay it the day of calling to pay your amount. latoya brown is also no help she charges you and doesn’t break it down to you. and i asked to take my card information down and she didn’t

The experience with Zo has been horrible. Great we got approved in store. Many of the items weren't in stock. Then Zo proceed to email and call weekly to check and see if we had recieved the items approved for, which took 7 months to recieve. Though they are owned by the same company they COULD NOT check the status of the furniture ordered and instead left us feeling harassed while waiting for our items to arrive. When the items were DELAYED they continued to ask, which only added salt to the wound. Furniture finally arrived and they didn't maintain the card required on file for the financing, and then proceed to call multiple times daily. Tried to sign in on their website to fix things and there are multiple, so good luck trying to figure out which is which with out guidance. Paid the whole thing off because this is just ridiculous. Just recieved a letter in the mail from bailey's that they did not recieve any payment from Zo so this is going to be a fun week in trying to figure out this mess. We only signed up for the financing to get the better price in the first place. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.

I filled out and submitted all my personal information, went through the process, and then was told I was approved for the mount of $132.00 leasing power. Was instructed to get in contact with any of their local providers to use my leasing power and to be sure to provide leasing application id approval #. 5 minutes later, I get two text messages and two emails stating that ZoFinancial’s decision “had changed” and they decided to give me an updated leasing power of $0.00. Like seriously? Thanks.

My payments never came out on autopay on the correct day. This kept my bank account messed up. When I tried to fix the problem I had called 3 different times for the same issue. No help what so ever. I finally decided to just pay it off just so I don't have to deal with Zo any more. I would not recommend!

I was approved. Yes, great. But the fine print is insane. They wanted $234/2 weeks. With interest on par with a rent to own place. Totally not what was advertised in the store I applied at. Almost $500/month. That’s insane. That’s what I pay for my car.

I was qualified and received over $1600 in buying power. When we went to the customer service to complete transaction, I was told my approval code was invalid. The Bailey’s Furniture sales person wanted me to use a computer instead of the app to do my application. The sales person Charlie want me to go to online site and reapply. I had to leave store. Later, I tried to apply again. The system would not accept my application because the phone number had been already used for a transaction. After calling customer service at Zofinancial, the confirmation code sent to me was valid. I will never buy anything at Bailey’s Furniture again. I had the feeling the sales department did not want my business.

Keeps saying they pulled funds. NEVER pulled
