I agree with the bad reviews!! When the invoice for the meds is submitted I takes forever so I literally have to email them to look at my invoice and give me the rewards I have coming!!! Very very poor program!!

A recent commercial on YouTube with a woman claiming to be an expert but in actuality an employee of the vaccine company needs to be debunked. Andrew Wakefield who she defamed and slandered in this ad is actually the expert and works with Robert Kennedy Jr. for the Children's Health Initiative, dedicated to safety in vaccines. Furthermore; Thimerasol is currently under class action lawsuit, for non-disclosure by Eli Lilly, that it causes Type 2 Diabetes in women. This micronized mercury converts over time in the body to the more toxic form. It is manufactured by the same company that is under class action lawsuit under the RICO act for racketeering and collusion on Insulin, the drug now used to treat Type 2 Diabetes. So the company makes diabetics and then sells to them. BUYER BEWARE. Do your homework. Know who is talking at you. Follow the money. This woman has smeared a man who is both brilliant and a true expert. I do not know the impact to animals but go play death by google and find out. Mercury in most living mammals is very very bad.

The reward program is a huge joke on the customer!!! Went through hoops to finally get the card! The policy states can only use at your vet. Which I tried and I was told I can’t use the rewards card through the vet clinic!!! What a waste of my time and energy!! DO NOT BUY THEIR OVER PRICED PRODUCTS OR SIGN UP FOR THIS PROGRAM!!! You will be extremely frustrated and disappointed!!!

Submitted invoiced for reward program months ago. Get generic email telling me submission had an issue but zero explanation. From reading other reviews, I can see this reward program is not a real program to help customers over spending to protect pets with their products. I will let my vet clinic know this is a waste of time. Update: I just redeemed $40 on card from company. I kept getting emails from them saying the forms weren’t usable or something like that to redeem points. After I sent an msg back saying I did all I could do to send info to them, I then received notification that my submissions went thru and then received their prepaid card in mail. So it does work but required me to do more than just send the info in. I appreciate the $40 but not sure it was worth the frustration, have to think about that.

Too many fiery hoops to jump through - Difficult finding the correct website for the "rebate" - Claim was denied due to not having the full receipt visible (I thought the invoice with the product and pricing listed would have been sufficient) - When I contacted customer service for assistance it was clear they weren't very interested - Told me I needed to mail in a completed form or some other fiery hoop to jump through. I appreciate the product my vet used but, not worth the hassle for a non-rebate.

I just lost my dog and I needed help to close out my account and they made things harder for me as I try to deal with the loss. Nothing is streamlined or organized. The site is very vague on how this works. Know that if you email them via their website on an issue that when they respond, its with no real confirmations or clear understanding on what is going on. When they send this to your email they immediately close out the ticket on their end. Meaning any replies to send back to them, they will not get. Horrible customer service process as you have no idea that no one is getting your emails. There is no auto reply that says that they didn't get your email or anything. Also if you call them they refuse to send follow up emails or confirmations, you have to use the same email issue on their website to basically just get confirmation on what happened over the phone. They are rude, unhelpful and expect you to do all the work. Not sure what the point of the emails or customer service since everything is on the customer to deal with.

Rewards program is a bad joke. Vet said it was for 40 then after several back and forth zoties says it’s 25. Every time I send pictures of my receipts. After week or so. They always decline saying unreadable every time.

Pessimo modo di fare verso i clienti. Non rispondono alle richieste inviate tramite un modulo sul loro sito. Anche telefonicamente, nessuna risposta ai privati. Fortunatamente, esistono tanti altri prodotti in commercio. Basta rivolgersi altrove.
