Purchased a diamond initial necklace from them about 9 years ago. After about 4 years of occasional wear, the necklace broke and I couldn’t find anyone to fix it. Zoe Lev wants to charge $50+ to solder a small link back on the chain. Recently I purchased another initial necklace, this time with a birthstone gem. The photo shows the full size initial. Received the necklace after 3 weeks and it’s the “mini” initial. I contacted customer service and they said they don’t make that style in the regular size initial. Why the hell do they advertise it then??? The photo shows one thing, and then when you “hover over” the initial it says “mini.” Deceptive sales tactics if you ask me. Now I’m stuck with a $500 necklace I am unhappy with. Not to mention the birthstone for $159+ is ridiculously small. It’s absurd what they charge for this.

I had purchased from Zoe Lev years ago and had a good experience. This time, I ordered a $2000 necklace. I went back and forth MULTIPLE TIMES via email explaining (with photos) exactly what I wanted. I was ASSURED I would receive a necklace that was NO MORE THAN 14 INCHES TOTAL LENGTH. I ended up receiving a necklace that is well over 14 inches. I have contacted them via phone, email, and their website and nobody will even respond. I will be forced to dispute this with my bank.

I placed an order for earrings and contacted Zoe Lev Jewelry to return them on the same day they were delivered. The item was never opened or worn—I had my ear piercings surgically closed that day and could no longer use them. To my surprise, I was told the earrings were final sale, but this was not clearly disclosed on the product page at the time of purchase. The company refused a refund and only offered store credit, which I cannot use. After I shared this issue politely on social media, they blocked me instead of resolving it—which I found extremely unprofessional. I’ve since filed complaints with Afterpay, the BBB, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I’m sharing this to encourage others to be cautious before ordering. Make sure you fully understand their policies, and be aware that customer service may not be responsive or flexible—even in reasonable, time-sensitive situations.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE Poor quality and my opal ring has split in half and the diamonds fall out. Got it repaired once from them but they want to charge me EVERYTIME. They don’t stand behind their product. They said I shouldn’t wear it ring daily. Guess what? I don’t. And still diamonds falling out. My birthstone ring dropping stones like it’s raining. My husband and I will never purchase from here again.

Received a bracelet for Christmas and it has snapped twice in two different spots since (3 months span). Got it repaired once by them. And a month later it broke again. This is a faulty product. Zoe Lev does not stand behind their products, and will not repair the bracelet without charging me $50, nor will they replace or refund it. Extremely disappointed with how unprofessionally Zoe Lev has handled this.

I purchased an initial diamond necklace as a gift. When received I was underwhelmed, the stones do not look bright and white as they do in the photo. They are almost tinted brown. It’s just not very pretty in real life, especially in comparison to other initial necklaces on the market. I would also highly caution any buyer to look at the return policy. Even for a single initial an item is not returnable if you are unsatisfied. Overall wouldn’t recommend this to anyone for the price, quality and return policy.

Don't buy from them. Here's what they do: 1. They sell poor quality items (but charge a premium for them) -- mine was $600 and broke within hours. 2. They say no refunds as it is stated in their policy. But they will happily charge you a fee and shipping to have it fixed. 3. Item breaks again and they repeat Step 2. I know policies exist to draw the line and make the rules clear. But most businesses also seek to correct if their product does not deliver what it is meant to, even if it goes against their policy. But not Zoe Lev. If you reach out, they will say "it's our policy" and they never go beyond that. Every time. They don't ask how it happened or act surprised it broke immediately. It's just "no refunds". If you ask them, their way of making it right is to charge the customer a repair fee (plus shipping) every time it happens. They know their product is poor quality, and if they made exceptions they would have no sales because everyone would be seeking a refund. So they sell you poor quality items and just say "no refunds" to everyone, no matter what the situation is. I hope someone reads this before deciding to buy from them and falling into their trap and feeding into a business that has no honor or care about their product and customers.
