Great Customer Service
The products are of high quality and at great prices. I had an issue with one of the packaging and wrote to customer service and received an immediate response and replacement. I was really surprised at the kindness and understanding, and the quick resolution to my issue. Highly recommend this company.

I purchased a bag of cacao butter…
I purchased a bag of cacao butter wafers online and the item was shipped without being climate controlled so I received a bag of melted liquid butter.

Really Good Overall
Customer Service responds quickly on the phone. The products are good. And I liked getting a load of pecans on sale that were fresh! The problem I've been having is not getting the alert for an autoship. It's happened a couple of times now or more. Those are really important for managing my money.
