The Quality of the exercises is so good. The coach experience is obvious but you should improve the way of presenting the exercises to be easy to follow. As a player or a coach I don't want to take a lot of time to follow the program because sometimes I am in the gym and it will be exhausted to focus on the video to follow it. In short I think you need to focus on make the program as easy as short to follow with just a look.

I already use this Periodisation, it helps me a lot with my team! As a suggestion, maybe you could do a periodization, but with examples of trainings/drills of each day. Thanks 🤝
