I ordered a product in October and have not received it . has anyone got their email address

Scammer, using Facebook ads with fake reviews 😑

i ordered a xmas tree they said it would be delivered in 5 to 7 days havent got it or anything no tracking number what can i do to get my money back can anyone please help me thank you

I paid for my purchase and the company had promised delivery again and again and so far I have not received any. This company is registered in Singapore so I am going back to Singapore and report them. Please let all the people who had been scammed know about it. They advertised on Facebook and placed many advertisements purportedly coming from different companies but I am sure they are all the same. I got the same story with Focus Novelty registered in UK. My credit card refunded me the money. Anyone advertised on Facebook - be careful. Not all are genuine.

The same thing happened to me. I paid for 2 luggage and never received them. Please don't buy anything from them. They are scammers.
