Same as everybody else, order a xmas make up advent in october, contacted them a wk later to ask if it had been despatched. They sent me a tracking number that is showing deliverey to the other end of the country. After contacting them again to tell them that wasnt my address , they sent me a screen shot of the delivery, i messaged again asking for a tracking number for my address or a refund and now they have ignorned my emails, please dont get scammed stay away for this company

Scammers. I paid for a set of pots & pants, received a payment confirmation only and after that no contact nor status of the shipment. I guess like all others, I lost my money. I have reported them here in the USA.

I placed an order on 10-16. I have not received my order. $49.99 down the drain. Lesson learned. No contact from the company.

I made a purchase via a facebook ad and also have been scammed by this FAKE company. As everyone has previously said, no contact, unable to make any contact with them.. no tracking number and no product. $99NZD down the drain. My credit card company seem unable to help or stop the transaction.

From reading over reviews on this website, I can confirm that everything reported correct. I purchased two Christmas trees almost 3 weeks ago, they took the money, but after all this time there had been no updates or any correspondence which I found odd as the website did guarantee worldwide shipping within 15 days. I have emailed and messaged them numerous times, but I never get a reply. I have also checked the tracking number, but nothing ever changes (most likely because it is a fake tracking number as others have stated here already). Overall, this is extremely disappointing what has happened, with some scum taking money from hardworking people so close to Christmas. The worst part is that their website and advertisements look legitimate, and all of the reviews appear realistic. Upon searching the reviews, the Facebook profiles appeared to be real. I think a possibility is that this SCAM company has taken reviews from a LEGIMATE company and manipulated it onto their page to appear authentic. Well, I now know to never to buy anything advertised through Facebook and will only stick to the trusted websites I do know and companies like Wish, Ebay etc. In one sentence to describe this company "AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE."
