If there was a negative star I would have rated them that. I was stupid to believe it but I kept seeing all the ads for the Wild Thing ride on toy advertising on Facebook. I believed the reviews from the people who “bought “ this toy, and went ahead and paid for one. I received a receipt from them and a tracking number. About a week or so after the purchase I sent them an email asking about the item. They actually sent me a message back with a tracking number and 17TRACK site for tracking. 17TRACK is legit and I was able to track it. December 2, 2022 I received a message saying that it was delivered. Unfortunately not to me. It was delivered to Reno Nevada, I live in California. I have sent emails to them and have reported them to BBB and other authorities as fraud. Thank goodness I have a great Bank that I filed a fraud claim with and I received a refund. But I am going to keep on bugging Zmastermine every day a couple times a day asking where my item is and letting them know that they have been reported to authorities and I won’t go away until I get what I paid for.
