Scam! Ordered a Christmas tree off an ad on Instagram October 30th. No response to my emails. Will dispute charges.

A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!! Ordered a small set of luggage on Nov. 6th , but nothing arrived ! I emailed them,, and nothing happened. From now on, I will check the reviews on a company that I do not know.

I ordered 4 sets of pans, to be used for Christmas, on October 20 2022, and have yet to receive anything. No response when I e mailed them. Ordered from ad on Facebook, thinking it would be ok. Why does Facebook allow these companies to use them and us, and why are they allowed to have access to use the credit card system when it is costing them money too.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Put in an order and immediately cancelled with 1/2 hr cause of shipping/exchange rates. They emailed say they will look into it but alas after attempts to see if they refunded...they didnt..(And never recieved items) Put in dispute with credit card company and it was declined. Out $60.. Lesson learned. I see from the reviews I'm not the only one scammed...

I have talk to my lawyer please don’t make me go there. If I get him to take the case he is having y’all take care of his bill. All of it will be on y’all. He explained it to me. I have tried to do it thru email y’all have ignored me so once he’s hired and he takes the case everything will be put on your company and y’all will have to pay for his fee. I going to do what I got to do. It’s my money and I want my refund never ever got the tree I copy of all my email has been sent to his office. Send me a check in the mail I don’t care how you send it I just better get it. I’m being very respectful and very kind sending these emails I need my refund returned to me $59.99 a copy of this is also going to the lawyer..

Had another message directing me to a fake ( i believe )shipping website. It will not track the number , give me an address to pickup or even acknowledge the problem. My parcel has been in their possession since the first week of Nov . BEWARE this company is incompetent at best, liars and thieves at worst.
