I placed an order with this so called company for 2 Ninja Air Fryers. I was sent a tracking number which took a few days & it was delivered to the wrong address Boucherville QC and I don't live there. Sent them numerous emails with very little response if any. I don't know why this is on FB stealing people's hard earned money in this already struggling economy. Shame on FB I will contact my back & see what can be done. I feel so stupid for falling for this.

Ordered the battery cars and Christmas tree. Still waiting. Sent email after email. Kept telling me to track the tracking numbers. I did. I guess 2 kids in Puerto Rico are enjoying the cars and someone in Hawaii is putting up my Christmas tree. That's where it says my packages were delivered. Long way from North Carolina. Trying to get refund thru my bank. Also reported them to postal service. Guess I'm the fool on this one. Any advice from anyone on how to get this resolved.

SCAM... I bought a set of pans from them. They replied to a few messages but the pans never arrived. Gutted

Ordered a Christmas Tree on Nov 12th with a promise of delivery in 7 to 10 business days. It is now a month later and I still have not received anything from them.

Zmastermine are a complete waste of space, rip offf, fraudsters, ignorant and cruel. Ordered 2 x electric go kart type cars 31st oct 2022....sent loads of emails to ask were my order is...recieved one response with my order number...couldnt track or trace as the order number wasnt recognised. Sent lots more emails and heard nothing ba k. Had to ring bank today who have refunded me whilst the investigate. These were gifts for my grandchild.people havnt got money to waste. Ive now sent karma to theur door.

Has anyone ever received their order from this company? Facebook should not allow this company to advertise! I'm disappointed with FB.

Ordered an advent calendar back in October emailed numerous times with no response, dont understand how this con company are still available online, times are hard right now n this is aloud! Even asked for a refund n nothing disgusting!

Scam. Ordered Christmas tree 2nd November. Finally had notification from Royal Mail with proof of delivery to an address in Northern Ireland. I live on the south coast of Great Britain. I’ve emailed many times but ignored. Despicable company conning people when times are tough enough. Perhaps Zuckerberg can refund everyone seeing as he let these scammers on his platform….
