I ordered a air mattress from them over a month ago and still haven’t received anything from them not even a email

I believed that fb had done their checks and I also believed the reviews.. but! Nope they take your money in seconds. Sent a receipt in a flash. Then they go ghost .. gone from fb and emails lol I doubt they get read. 1000% Fake Scum.

Never received a Christmas tree I ordered November 11, should have been here in time for Christmas, now they say it was delivered and the tracking number they provided shows it was delivered to Puerta Rico , I live in IOWA in the USA . Such a disappointment and I have started to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I have emailed them 4 times now.

I ordered a Christmas village tree on November 9th. Billed my card and nothing since. I will file a dispute with my bank. Terrible. I will no longer buy anything from a facebook ad

I did not order anything from this Company, it is a total scam, they billed my credit card $66.13 USD I have written to them 16 times they do not respond. The invoice they sent to me never itemised what the good were. Both order number and tracking number I got from them I had traced from NZPost found the parcel wasn't in my name or to my addressed.

NO REPLY TO EMAILS NOT RECEVING MY ORDER. THEN THEY CLAIM ITS HAS BEEN DELIVERED IT HAS NOT REFUSING TO REFUND MY PAYMENT NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER,

Pathetic service. They send out a tracking code which has NOTHING to do with your order.They con people!
