ordered two travel suitcases paid by American Express credit card $59.98, received a email invoice, after a couple days I asked tracking number but can not get any further information and do not receive the items yet, I told AE card to dispute this charge.Wait a couple weeks, AE send me a letter attached the seller USPS tracking and delivery detail said the items was delivered on Nov 14 in my mail box,and show me a post office First Class Package label and delivery detail, could you believe that ..., these 2 larges travel suitcases can deliver from PA Nov 11 Friday afternoon to Los Angeles on Nov 14 Monday noon to my home mail box by USPS First Class Package.

Scammed! Waited 2 months for my shipment that never came. They owe me $300.00 plus all legal fees. Lied about where and when it was delivered multiple times. I have notified Facebook that this is false advertising.

Total scam never got what I ordered and they won’t respond to my request for a refund

Scam - what others have written could be me! Tracking number which appears legit and in NZ Postal system but delivered to different address different town and weight did not match (under 500g NZ Post said - so unlikely a bodyboard fitted in). Must send some small items to some customers then use tracking number to scam others. Don’t buy from them!

I bought 2 bedspreads from them in October still waiting for them to arrive . Total scam artists Do Not buy from this company

Ordered a quilt November 8. They immediately take your money and then nothing. When you question where your package is they give you some bogus tracking number that is not even close to where you are. The blanket is apparently sitting in Ontario and I am in Alberta. When you question it, they make provide everything.

I ordered a Xmas tree on November 4th 2022. I never received it. They have not responded to my numerous emails. I was trying to warn other people on the Facebook advertising page they used. And they blocked me from the page. I had to file a dispute with my bank. This is a terrible scam.

Ordered Christmas gifts, they gave me a tracking number, tracking said it was delivered somewhere in Detroit Michigan & I live in Oregon. Reported this to sellers and was told it was still on its way to me. Never ever received my order. Went to my bank and reported it as fraud. They had several reports of fraud regarding this "so called company ". Do Not order from them!!!
