I ordered items for great grandkids for Christmas. After trying to get in touch with them for 2 months, they finally came up with a tracking # but it was not for my orders and not even in my state. I have sent them an E-Mail to get my money back with no reply. Very disappointed with there service.

I had ordered a suitcase from the website having seen their sponsored ad on Facebook. They charged me the amount but I haven't received anything from them till date. I disputed the charge with my credit card company but received a letter from CC company that 'Confirmation showing no return per policy was received'. Where is the return policy as issue when no product was ever received?

Scam they take your money then nothing, l contacted them and after a week I received a reply saying an error with tracking but please allow 15 to 20 days for delivery, Three months later still nothing.passed all emails and order details to trade and standards.
