I ordered two Tiffany style table lamps, received an order number and a tracking number. They said the package was sent and when I tracked it, it was sent to an unkown address in Krete, Greece. I am in Athens. The greek postal services cannot help me any further because they have no authority.Since then, they have never answered to a single email. Is there any way they can be stopped? My loss is only 45.00 euros but I want them punished.

Took my money. Sent me a receipt that was it. They won't respond to emails. Been almost 2 months it was supposed to be 2 advent calenders. I was too receive.

Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I too was scammed from Australia After chasing them for a tracking number they finally gave one to me after tracking this for over a month it was finally delivered to someone 1200 kilometres away in another part of the country, and after lodging, an enquiry with Australian postal service the item description was definitely not what I ordered, Unable to contact the sending company I have lost $91.00 to the scam. I too was scammed. Portable ice maker. They took money and that was the end of it. No way to contact. Obviously from reading all these t go by scam in multiple ways for multiple products. Does anyone know if it can be reported officially to anyone or if there is any way to get money back?

Ordered a Christmas tree for $47.99, payment was deducted from my account on November 14, 22. Today is December 26, tracking says my order has been delivered to an unknown address in KEYPORT NEW JERSEY- I’m in Fort Myers Florida!! Ad stated delivery within 15 working days from CALIFORNIA warehouse- tracking says it came from CHINA! Satisfaction was guaranteed or my money back! I want my money back!! I will file mail fraud charges with the state attorney and a complaint to the bbb!!
