Absolute scam! Sent “parcel” to wrong address again. I confirmed address multiple occasions with them but!!! Still to different state. Total scam!!!

Scam absolutely ridiculous ordered Airfryer been almost 3 months if I knew it was coming from Singapore in the first place I wouldn't have bothered. I only knew once the payment came up on my statement!! 31st January 2023 still no response 😞😞

I ordered luggage advertised through FaceBook. The goods never arrived, e-mails to customer service were not responded to. A raised a dispute via my credit card provider, they refunded my payment, however Zmasterminepte provided an incorrect sales / delivery / shipment receipt (no actual proof of delivery) and challenged the refund. Case ongoing with a counter challenge from me. As I am not the only person that is dissatisfied with my failed purchase, I suggest you avoid at all cost.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!!! THEY WILL SEND YOU A PHONY TRACKING NUMBER, JUST LIKE THE OTHER CUSTOMERS, IT WAS SENT TO PONCE, PUERTO RICO AND I LIVE IN TEXAS. WHAT A SCAMMER!!!

Never received products, emailed back and forth for over a year. Still nothing. Finally just gave up.

A total ripoff. Ordered carryon luggage based on ad on FB and they took my money and sent me a phony tracking number that said the items were delivered in Ponce PR. FB should be ashamed to have this company advertising on their platform. Reached out to my Credit Card and they submitted a phony confirmation of delivery. Stay away. They are thieves.

I ordered the tree !! Never received it! They take your money! Send them a text no reply! Take them off the website! Karma will get them!

Ordered 2 kid little ridding machines.....didn't receive them.
