Zjani-Mods does not sell counterfeit watches—every piece we create is a genuine Seiko modification, built using original Seiko bases with custom parts. Many of our happy customers can confirm this. Delays can sometimes occur due to international shipping from our multiple workshops, but we always ensure customers receive their orders. We’re very sorry to hear about your negative experience. Quality control is extremely important to us, and we regret that your watch left our workshop with an assembly issue. All of our watches are tested before shipping, but clearly something went wrong in this case, and we sincerely apologize.. Regarding return shipping and customs, our policy states that these costs are covered by the customer, but we understand your frustration and will review how we can improve this process in the future.
