In terms of returns, our policy requires items to be returned in original, unused condition, which is standard for hygiene and resale reasons. We have checked your order and can confirm that the shipment was prepared and tracking numbers were generated. In some cases, tracking may not update immediately because the parcel is first transported locally before being handed over to carriers like USPS or FedEx, which can cause delays in visible scans. That said, a delay of this length is not the experience we aim to provide. We are currently re-investigating this with our logistics team. After your initial report, we promptly sent a replacement watch, which was fully tested before dispatch to ensure it met our quality standards. In cases like this, water entering a watch is most commonly caused by the crown not being properly fastened. This applies to any watch, regardless of brand or price range. If the crown is not securely screwed down, water can enter the case, especially during activities such as swimming. Despite this, we still issued a full refund as a gesture of goodwill to resolve the matter for you. We always aim to handle situations fairly and professionally, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to address this.
