Under no circumstances have anything to do with this company I ordered a blue diamond Sieko it eventually turned up after 2 weeks of waiting and chasing from China. Upon opening it was clearly a fake and not a very good one at all. No serial number and secondary dial feature buttons completely inoperable,I could not even change the date I’ve had several Siekos and always been happy with them but this was just complete rubbish. They ignored my emails requesting a full refund as per their terms and conditions which they simply ignored. Fortunately I’m a Barclays Premier client and upon reporting it they got my money back within 2 hours they did a fantastic job. It’s my second bad experience dealing with Chinese companies so I now intend to avoid them at all costs. I very strongly advise you to do the same. I will purchase from Amazon or an accredited Sieko dealer.

Website "implies" that this is a Euro Father and Son cottage business... Instead, based in Asia, fake watches are being mass produced and you might as well wait until next year or the following year. Well over a month after ordering a "Mod-Seiko" watch, it has still yet to be shipped? Good grief, it was going to be a Birthday gift, now I'm looking at getting it (hopefully) by Christmas 2026?

I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience with Jzani Mods. I purchased a watch from Jzani and was disappointed to find that it did not work properly upon arrival. After contacting the company, they acknowledged the issue and told me they would send a replacement watch. Based on those assurances, I expected the matter would be resolved. Unfortunately, after promising a replacement, communication stopped. My follow-up emails went unanswered, and the replacement watch was never sent. What is most frustrating is not that a problem occurred—defective products can happen with any company—but that the company failed to follow through on its own commitment and ceased communicating altogether. If you're considering purchasing from Jzani, I would encourage you to carefully consider the level of customer service and post-sale support you may receive if something goes wrong. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Complete lack of timeline transparency or shipping notices. Neither their website nor their social media advertisements on TikTok and Instagram mention that these watches are manufactured and shipped from China. Stopped working after 1 day. 4 attempts at reaching customer service yielded no response. Money Back Warranty? Return Policy? Good Luck!

I ordered this watch on June 11th. In about 1 hour they emailed me back the information page to review, everything was correct. I paid for express shipping roughly one week. After the week was up and no watch I emailed them and then it took them three days to return the email telling me which is today the 25th that they don't have the correct zip code even though on the information sheet and the FedEx sheet everything is correct. I recommend anyone looking to buy a watch from this company to go anywhere else. My son and I have been collecting watches for over 20 years and have more than a hundred and we have never had this happen. If their word is this bad I hate to see the quality of the watch I prefer to get my money back at this point . This is not how you conduct business Bruce Barker

I ordered and received a Seiko copy , it arrived in non working condition, and or / with no start up instructions. I reached out to Zjani support, 24 hours after receiving..no response .

Ordered 2 watches at about $800 , of course payment in full they require upfront and imediate. Nineteen Days later and still no merchandise with multiple emails from Zjani stating tracking is provided and your watches will be arriving soon. If anyone purchases any products from this company DO NOT expect to receive your product in any reasonable amount of time line..They take your money and than you are on you're own.
