Excellent after sale aervice
I purchased the Seiko mod Explorer style to add to my collection of watches which I have many Seiko mods similar to popular and expensive watches. The Zjani web store is nice and when the watch was received it was as described, nice. Two issues came about a long screw from the band fell out and the ad described an exhibition case back. I contacted customer service Ellie replied and within about a week the new case back and screw. I am very happy with this watch, this is not an easy case to find and Zjani has knocked it out of the park.

order arrived prompt , god overall quality
order arrived prompt , the overall looks are good , keeps time better as the Breitling and Tudor I had , now see if it withstands my deep diving obsession , says 200mts water proof , so should have no issue with -80

Thank you for your great feedback. We're happy to hear your order arrived quickly and that the watch is keeping time well for you. We appreciate your note about testing it with deeper diving — while it’s rated at 200 meters, we always recommend ensuring the crown is fully tightened before any water activity.

GMT Date Vintage JB Custom Seiko Mod Watch - 44mm
I bought the GMT Date Vintage JB Custom Seiko Mod Watch - 44mm from an instagram link to their website. I actually made a mistake and emailed them to say I’d bought the wrong watch. They quickly responded (thanks Ellie) and even refunded me the difference instantly. It took a week to turn up and I had constant updates by email on the UPS tracking. Watch turned up this morning and I was amazed at the quality and feel and most importantly the looks of it. I can’t fault the service, communication and overall quality of the product. Please ignore the false reviews all over the different websites, my experience of very different. I’ll be purchasing again from the website when I see a watch I like the look of.

Excellent customer service and…
Excellent customer service and communication. My watch, which was held up in customs for a period of time, arrived with the box only and an invoice. It was stolen and I reported the theft to Zjani Mods. Within a day, a replacement watch and bonus watch were sent via DHL and they arrived safely three days later. The team there are focused on service. As for the watches - very pleased at the value and quality. Highly recommend and would buy again.
