I watched a video on YouTube about identifying Japanese Knotweed because I found found something growing in my garden that I’d not seen anywhere before. There was an email link (easy to use) where I was able to uploaded photos directly & received a reply within half an hour! Thankfully it wasn’t the dreaded knotweed but some kind of bindweed which I can deal with myself. So grateful for speedy response putting my mind at rest.

Sent some photo to this company to identify a plant or weed that I thought was the Japanese knot plant turns out it's not thank god company was great help me by identifying it as not Japanese weed plant and can be treated like any other plant or weed replying quickly by email
