Misleading advertising and a false money-back guarantee. I do not recommend this company.

Paid for ZipWP to save time. The product failed during onboarding and repeatedly redirected me to the pricing page despite an active purchase. Clear usability and integration issues. When I needed support, the contact page and support forms were not working and were throwing errors, making it impossible to get timely help. I requested a refund within a few hours under their advertised 7-day 100% money-back guarantee. The product was never used in production, yet the refund was refused after significant time was already wasted. Bugs and UX issues can happen. Advertising a full refund guarantee and then not honoring it when the product fails is a trust issue.

Scam company! Please don't purchase it. I bought the most expensive plan to try because they say a 7-day money-back guarantee. That's a lie. I requested a refund because it didn't work as I expected. Nobody from the specific team contacted me. They says on the website that If our product doesn't work as promised, we'll be happy to offer a full refund within 7 days from your first purchase. But what's part is their promise? They say that Experience Effortless AI Website Performance, but it wasn't effortlesss ai website creation since the website wasn't created soon because of the issue, and the support doesn't contacted me to support. They won't refund your money. They will say lots of excuses not to refund your money. Please don't purchase the products from this company

Update — November 12, 2025: To clarify my situation for other users: My purchase was for a 5-site annual plan, which should allow me to create and manage up to 5 sites within one year. However, once those 5 sites were created, I discovered that there was no way to delete or replace any of them — because the Blueprint management function, which is essential for managing or resetting sites, was locked behind a higher-tier plan. This crucial limitation was never clearly explained before purchase. The sales page simply stated “5 sites per year,” which naturally implies the ability to manage, replace, or reuse those sites during the contract period. Without the ability to delete old sites, the so-called “5-site plan” becomes effectively a one-time 5-site cap, not a genuine 5-site-per-year license. Such presentation is misleading and induces consumer misunderstanding. Many users, including myself, purchased this plan under the reasonable assumption that we could manage 5 sites freely throughout the year. This practice creates a false impression of value and functionality — a clear case of consumer deception. I purchased the Hobby plan from ZipWP after understanding that it allowed me to create 5 AI websites per day, as clearly suggested on their marketing page. After paying $99, I quickly realised this wasn’t the case — it only allows 5 total generations, not daily. When I contacted support to request a refund (just a few days after purchase and within their advertised refund period), they refused, claiming I had made “SIGNIFICANT USE” of the product simply for testing its features. That logic makes no sense — how can a customer evaluate the tool without trying it first? Their so-called “money-back guarantee” is misleading and inconsistent. Once you pay, you’ll quickly discover that they hide behind technicalities to deny refunds, even if the product doesn’t match your expectations or the advertised functionality. The product itself feels unfinished and limited. The AI output is repetitive, and you’re forced to pay again if you want to generate more than 5 demo sites. For a company claiming to democratize AI web creation, their practices are far from transparent. I’ve used many legitimate SaaS and WordPress tools over the years, and this is one of the few that left me feeling misled and ignored. This company is a total fraud. I paid a $39.00 fee for a one-year subscription using their AI, which is supposed to assist in building webpages. After building my pages, I was quite impressed until the next day when I discovered all the pages had been removed. They emailed me continually, stating my pages were good for three days. Then I was bombarded to "upgrade" after they received my payment! That's not what I paid for. What a sham! Not only was I at a loss of $39.00 that could have been put to better use, but also the time invested. When I contacted them, they just gave me the run-around and kept pitching for me to upgrade. I emailed them a request for a refund, which I never received! I contacted my web host, Bluehost, regarding this matter. The agent wasn't able to help with this issue due to it being a 3rd party plug-in in Wordpress. ZIWP should be held accountable for fraudulent and predatory practices! I will pursue action against this company. Buyer beware.
