Bait and switch… buy this.. you’ll Get that… then you do and they come back and say oh no that’s only for a longer cruise. When you try to contact them… it’s ONLY via email. There is no support over the phone and texting takes forever to get a reply. I felt like this is a company run buy some foreign guy in his garage. Nothing was proactive, nothing was customer focused, and nothing was wonderful. I’m not using them again and I’d suggest you look elsewhere.
