Quail S.

I bought a large and rather expensive Zippy Paws stuffed squeaky carrot for my dog. She is not a destructive chewer; she carries her toys around lovingly and delights in the squeak. After about an hour, the squeakers stopped working. No holes were torn; nothing. I have tried four times to get in touch with customer service but they do not respond. No more Zippy Paws toys for us!
