I've ordered several thousand dollars from Zip Corvettes over the past few months over several orders. They recently shipped a defective part. No one in customer service answered the phone when I called several times. I sent 3 separate emails to customer service. Never received the courtesy of a response. I just received another wrong order, the items in the box didn't even match the packing slip. There were items in the box that were not on the packing slip. There was an item that was marked on the packing slip but was not in the box. Again, no answer to the phone, no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! IT IS NOT THE SAME COMPANY OR SERVICE THAT IT HAD FOR THE PAST FEW DECADES!

Extrem mangelhafte Auftragsabwicklung und Kundenservice. Wenn ein Ersatzteil fehlt dauert es Wochen. Das schlimmste ist, dass ZIP Corvette zur KEINER Zeit dich informiert. Wenn man nicht hartnäckig nachfragt ist totenstille. Früher war das ganz anders. Vermutlich wollen die keine CH Kunden mehr.

Extremely Poor Order Fulfillment and Customer Service I placed an order with Zip Corvette on August 20, 2026. As of September 24, I still do not have the parts. More frustrating than the delay itself is the complete lack of explanation or accountability. I have called Zip three separate times regarding this order. Each time I was told essentially the same thing: the parts had not shipped, and no one could tell me why. I operate a professional automotive shop. The vehicle these parts were ordered for has now been sitting idle for going on three weeks waiting for this order. Shop space has value, scheduling matters, and customers expect progress on their vehicles. A supplier allowing an order to sit unshipped for weeks—with no explanation and no apparent ability to resolve the problem—creates real consequences for its professional customers. Parts delays happen. Backorders happen. Supply-chain problems happen. I deal with all of those regularly and understand them. What is unacceptable is taking an order, failing to ship it, and then being unable to explain the delay after three separate phone calls. At this point, I shouldn't have to make a fourth call to find someone willing to take ownership of the problem. Someone at Zip should have investigated this after the first call and contacted me with either a shipment date or an explanation. I've purchased Corvette parts from numerous suppliers over the years, and this has been one of the poorest order-fulfillment experiences I've encountered. Unless Zip can get this resolved immediately and demonstrate that this isn't representative of how orders are handled, I see very little reason for my shop to consider them for future purchases. Zip Corvette has got terrible customer service. On 9-7 I ordered 2 small parts that I needed in a hurry so I paid extra to have them shipped Fedex and it showed I would receive them on 9-10. On 9-8 I received an email that the order had been shipped by USPS. I immediately sent an email but never got a reply. The next day I called customer service twice and was lied to twice about getting a return call I never received. The only thing they said they would do was to refund the difference in shipping cost but they would do nothing about getting my parts to me on time. So far I not received any refund either. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I paid $12,302.87 for a "63-79 DSE Deca-Link Rear Suspension (Single-Adjustable Shocks, 17 Spline Axle, 600hp Half shafts)." I have been in contact with ZIP since the end of December on when the delivery dates would be announced. The first part of Jan I was told two weeks, this continued until the end of February, when I was told it had been ls extended for another two weeks. At that time, it was suggested that I might want to request a refund. I don't want a refund; I want my parts. Stupidest system I've encountered. The selling agent isn't privy to the shipping and after collecting the money has to ask a third-party shipping information. Are you sure this isn't a government agency?

Sold me a part that they said was not the correct part for my car. Talked to another persion at zip and they said it is the right part. With this confusion I bought what I needed elsewhere, and now they want me to pay for the shipping to send it back. Bullsh*t And just like the other reviews I will NEVER buy anything from these A holes again !

Horrible service. For the second time I have had to cancel my order. First delays for weeks and weeks. Now because of shipment issue. The representitive was in no way possible to understand simple things and flat out lied several times. I will not do business with this company ever again.....ever
