We thought we had a decent rewards…
We thought we had a decent rewards program in place until we implemented Zinrelo. Top to bottom technology and customer service are the first things to come to mind. Their assistance was top notch in getting us set up and if the need arises someone is always available to provide immediate customer service. We highly recommend Zinrelo and plan on enjoying this recent addition to our business!

A Loyalty Program to Boost Marketing Campaigns.
Zinrelo is a loyalty program which helped us boost our email marketing efforts. We were able to create customer segments and precise promotions to target these segments. Our promotions became more relevant to customer which automatically improved the conversion rate of such campaigns.

A great loyalty program to look out for...
Zinrelo has helped our business shift away from promotions and increase customer lifetime value. We implemented Zinrelo in mid-year last year. This year in Q1 we’ve had a 20% jump in retention rates and 16% jump in customers making 5 or more purchases. Their team was great to work with during the implementation process, and their support folks have been quick to resolve any issues. Zinrelo has been a great partner for us, and we would definitely recommend them to others.
