Zinit is an AI-native procurement platform based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. We help procurement teams put more indirect and tail spend through competitive sourcing without adding the same amount of manual work. Our AI agents turn a purchasing need into a structured RFP or RFQ, find relevant suppliers, coordinate the sourcing event, and organize offers for a human decision. Your team stays in control of requirements, approvals, and awards. Zinit reports 15%+ cost savings on indirect and tail spend and an 83% time reduction per average RFP.Procurement teams are often asked to source more categories than their capacity allows. Smaller purchases can go to familiar suppliers without a fresh comparison because drafting a request, finding alternatives, following up, and evaluating bids all take time. We built Zinit to make that work repeatable. Buyers can use the platform to move from a defined need to a competitive supplier shortlist, a clear request, comparable responses, and a documented decision. Finance and operations teams gain more visibility into how indirect spend is sourced and where opportunities for competition exist.Supplier discovery is central to that process. Zinit's Supplier Discovery Agent searches by category, region, and qualification criteria to build a competitive shortlist. Our supplier and company database spans 103M+ records, widening the search beyond the suppliers a team already knows. The RFx and SoW Drafting Agent turns a short brief into a structured request or statement of work. The Spend Analyst aggregates spend, surfaces fragmented purchasing, and helps identify sourcing events with savings potential. Procurement professionals direct the agents' work and decide which suppliers to invite, compare, and award. The goal is to let a team run more real sourcing events, not simply digitize the request. Zinit reports a 4x increase in sourcing events per procurement employee annually and 2x supplier participation per event compared with the
