I have requested a passed reset 20…
I have requested a passed reset 20 times..no email arrives to do that website runs u in circles! zinio sent me a reply with PASSWD THAT then need a code. which did not work! ...awful site! I am trying to cancel a subscription. IMPOSSIBLE.

I did not have any access to my library of journals; Wrote them, and they answered more than promptly. Good service

The customer service team were…
The customer service team were positively amazing. They listened to me and helped me out . So professional. It's very rare these days to have amazing customer support. Would recommend these amazing people. So trustworthy Got back to me straight away and talked me through the process to fix the problem. 👍

Purchase of multiple magazine issues.
This was the first time that I had ordered several issues of the magazine. I thought that I would receive all of the issues at once. However, I did receive the first issue into my library, and after contacting " chat " I received another issue, with 3 remaining. Following the explanation that the remaining issues would sent when available, I now understand the process, and I am quite satisfied with the response. Regards, Ross Glancy.
