I am impressed by the customer care of Zinio! I wanted to buy an yearly subscription of a magazine. Before buying it I requested that if I can have one issue free of cost to evaluate the magazine so that i can invest for the full 1 year subscription. They issued me the full access to the latest issues of the magazine within 5 minutes of the conversation! I was able to read and evaluate the magazine, and then I went for the yearly subscription. I was free to choose not to do so. This delighted me!

When a magazine I had subscribed to on Zinio for years was quietly discontinued, I was very disappointed, especially since I had issues that I had paid for that would now not be available. When I contacted the Zinio team, they were extremely Helpful. Not only di they provide me with a credit to cover the cancelled issues, but they provided a discount for me to subscribe to another title of my choice. Thank you everyone at Zinio!

Not happy, just purchased a magazine and downloaded your app. I can see in my account that you have taken the money, but no magazine in my library. You keep trying to make me buy the magazine again. :( It shouldn’t be this hard.
