I needed to update payment and address details on renewal. They told me how to do this and also offered me a 20% discount on the renewal which I accepted and subscribed for another 12 months. I like the fact that it's a one-off payment up front and that's it for the year.

Pretty good experience. I enjoy their app for magazines and the technology always works well. A little pricier than what i expected but again, fine experience.
