I understood I was buying a print version. I would never have chosen a digital magazine however you've taken my money and now I seem to have no way of logging in to even see what it is. I bought.! Disappointed.

Hi, Thank you for sharing your experience. I am sorry to hear about the confusion around your purchase and that you have not been able to access what you bought. I understand how disappointing this can be, especially if you were expecting a print edition. Zinio provides digital magazine subscriptions, and access is available through the Zinio app or website using the email address associated with the purchase. If you are having trouble logging in or locating your subscription, our support team can help review your account and guide you through the access steps. Please reach out to us directly via our Help Center so we can look into this for you and help clarify your options. We appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback. — Zinio Support Team

Can I give it zero? I have never heard of Zinnio before and wanted to buy a print version of a magazine which included a free calendar. The website actually showed each photo to nthe calendar. Why would I think I wasn't going to get a print version complete with calendar? Then two days later I received an email which looks like all I have purchased is a digital version. With no calendar of course. I have been robbed, misled, Swindled, mugged and completely ripped off. How are these crooks able to get away with this and take me Ney off you for a digital copy without saying in the description that that is what you are getting. And fraudulently misleading you by actually showing you photos of a calendar that you don't receive.
